SOUP AND SALAD
Chef will be especially busy this week with both Passover and Easter approaching. We had originally planned to skip Monday service altogether, but after picking up Amy Thielen’s cookbook at the library, I realized we could still honor another incredible female chef without adding too much extra work in the kitchen.
With that in mind, Monday’s offering will be a simplified menu of soup and salad only. Both are inspired by Amy’s recipes and the spirit of Minnesota cooking. Chef will also be preparing his matzo ball soup for Passover, which will be available on Monday as well.
And because we didn’t want anyone to miss out, the Minnesota wild rice soup will return on Wednesday.
